Dale Rose has an impactful meaning behind its name. My father, Richard Dale Spencer, was an amazing hard working man. He always pushed you to your limits. He was tough and strict on you, but little did you know that with time you would find out there was reasoning behind his toughness. Not a day goes by I don't think about that man. He has made a huge impact on my life. We lost him to many health conditions a little over 5 years ago. (I can still remember that day like it was yesterday) His legacy lives on through me and my children. Dale comes from his middle name which was also his childhood nickname. Rose comes from the tattoo of a rose on his shoulder (it wasn't always a rose...but thats a different story!) My dad had 2 tattoos, the rose on his shoulder and L.R. on his arm for little Richard. His rose always stuck out to me more though and honestly who doesn't love roses? With long thought and creativity, Dale Rose Blog was born.
